Worth of mentioning thou, I had Lily, used spycho – had lord death rank 3 + abominable rank 3.. and barelly 1 shotted it. Now after playing with guns build, I must say.. action point monster like this build, I can stay in VATS forever. 135 AP, and extremely high AP regen combined with grimm reapers perk, I just enter VATS kill 3-5 enemys & re-enter with almost same AP I started with. Still guns and energy weapons lack damage a bit. Unarmed is the king of damage, hands down. Between guns and energy weapons, energy weapons are more effective. Guns that I sometimes use : Gobi campaign scout rifle, Dinner bell & Lucky – For serious killing thou : YCS186, Q-35 matter modulator, pew pew. With max charge ammo. How to train and get power armor. First thing you will do is find a way to get into the brotherhood of steel(Hidden Valley base), i used Veronica because she works for them. Then you will need to complete the quest for Elder McNamara called Still In The Dark, after youve completed it and get him to open the base from lockdown you should be able to talk to him about joining the brotherhood, if not talk to Paladin Hardin and do the quest for him. Then you should be able to train.You may have to wait a few days, but do it outside the Elders office.
