It is time for my third UMS test Top Down Fighters is a…. well…. top down shooter of sorts. Reminds me of the old school NES games that I grew up with as a kid. For that reason it receives a slightly lower mark than my last review. Pros: Very old school feel. Very responsive controls and simple interface. Super easy to understand and follow. Point…Click… Boom! Cons: Super short. A little too easy at this point. Camera doesnt really keep your guy centered so there is lots of dead space behind where you’re moving.

Rusted Oh, Baby! is much more powerful than standard the Super Sledge and boasts the same “Mauler” unique attack in VATS – has the greatest DPS of all melee weapons: 144 (at least on my character with Melee Weapons skill at 100) – base damage 84 at max, and with the ‘Heavy Handed’ perk 100 – repaired with Super Sledge, or with Jury Rigging, all two-handed melee’s More info and stats: fallout.wikia.com
