    @armchairmaster Well technically the armor a hunter has is the same used on a covenant vessels hull so I’d say that they’re pretty well protected. Also them always having a bond brother close by to go ape shit if they’re getting attack is also a plus. Not to mention their fuel rod gun is basically the same as the hammer of dawn just integrated in their armor. Also being 10,000 pounds is a plus too.

    the covenant would absolutely destroy the locust based on the have a fleet of spaceships that can annihilate entire planets, however the locust would probably win the ground war because brumaks and corpsers would rape the covenant scarabs , tickers would blow the shit out of grunts (and anything else) and the regular locust soldier would stand a pretty fair chance against any elite or brute because he would take cover and the covenant wouldn’t
