honestly, if you have to hack to enjoy a MMO, you dont like the MMO at all. most of the games you listed were typical korean grind-fest games, so actually i dont blame you.
maplestory was a good example of people hacking to enjoy games they actually didnt like. i would say at one time around 2006 around 1/2 the player population hacked. reporting did just about nothing.
