  1. Don’t bother trying to convert them. I personally like the Pathfinder system but i have to much 3.5 stuff to bother transfering to Pathfinder & there is already to much pathfinder stuff to warrant the buy in cost. & yes the bestiary is stunningly beautiful.

  2. One thing alot of GM’s like about the Bestiary is that each monster is blocked off on 1 page (sometimes 2). Each entry does not spill a paragraph or a few lines on the next page.

This makes it an easy Xerox copy or 1-2 page print from the PDF.

  3. Wizards got bumped off by Paizo. Sure they did. I ca nvouch for the screen. I bought it myself and well worth the moeny spent. The Bestirary is very good. Though before I bought it was presented as being the second comig of the MM. Better than the 4E one etc. That the descriptions for the monsters were much better than the 4E one. I compared the two and I see no difference. Unlike the 3.5 MM the monster write-ups imo are easier to read and well written. Two thumbs up.

  4. I loved the Beastiary, I just got it and it gives you a lot of detail on the critters, especially the goblinoids. And there’s a few new critters there, to boot.

I’ve never really like playing on campaign specific books though, so I usually just write up my own campaign worlds. My old ongoing one was just edited for 4e; but with Pathfinder I decided to write a new one, getting a bit more of a feel of the Norse Eddas, as well as with a bit of the “Past worlds” note the mesoamerican cultures had.
