Empire Total War Demo (P-6860FX Gaming Laptop)

A quick game I happened to lose of Empire: Total War Demo. The only complaints I have about this game is that it loads very slow. I might be waiting 5 minutes for the game to start up then anther 5-10 minutes for a game to start. I hope they fix this in the final version. I played this game at ultra settings at 1440 by 900 (Native). Shadows (high) Particle Effects (High) Everything else (Ultra) No (HDR, Vertical Sync, Distortion Effects, Volumetric Effects, Hardware Shadows, Depth of Field) Yes (SSAO) (Ambient Shadow) 2X AA and 16X AF My system specs are: T-5550 CPU @ 1.83 ghz with 667 Fsb (Equivalent to a 2.8 Ghz PD) 8800m GTS @ 600 Core and 925 Memory 4Gb of RAM All the lag you see would be fixed by upgrading my CPU to a x7800 2.6 Ghz with an 800 Fsb. forum.notebookreview.com

    can anyone help me, i just recently installed etw on my laptop and when i start it up the screen is all unproportionate, you cant read the text and really low res, i checked the settings and its set to 1366×768 which is my screen res. is there any option that i can check to make it look normal( it shows up good on my desktop)

    That’s your problem and there is now way to fix it with out getting a new computer. The integrated graphics in your laptop can barely play any game. You should have tried the demo before you bought it.
