    Like other people have said, Elites do get RROD my friends elited had to be replaced with a new elite, the only way you could prevent it from getting RROD is play on it less. like me, i hardly play on my xbox

    Nope, the elites won’t red-ring and the disk-drive is better. I had to buy a disc drive and replace it myself on my last xbox and it also red-ringed. So i figured it’d be cheaper in the long run to just buy an elite. It’s really not that much more expensive anyways, plus I don’t have to manage my memory.
